Workshop for software teams

Your team already uses AI. Give it a method to build with it.

From intent to software: SDD in practice. Learn to specify, guide and verify the work of AI agents.

Train my team

Whizzarz’s experience. Applied to the way you work.

From an idea to a clear agreement

idea.txt

“I want clients to see their requests.”

  • Which requests can they view?
  • Can they edit the data or only the status?
  • What happens if they open another client’s link?

client-access.spec.md

What we’re going to build.

  • Each client sees only their own requests.
  • Data is displayed in read-only mode.
  • Access is also validated through direct URLs.

acceptance-criteria.md

How do we know it’s right?

Scenarios to check

  • A client views a request assigned to them.
  • An attempt to edit data is rejected.
  • Another client’s request exposes no information.

The challenge

Generating code is one part. Building what you need is the goal.

“It looks right… until we start reviewing it.”

  1. The agent fills in undefined rules with assumptions.
  2. Scope grows and changes appear that we didn’t ask for.
  3. Context gets lost and we have to explain it again.
  4. We haven’t agreed on how to check that the result is right.

In this workshop, we work through those decisions: what to build, what to delegate and how to validate it.

A process you can repeat

More clarity at every step.

SDD: spec-driven development. An explicit agreement between intent and implementation.

  1. 01

    Define

Turn a need into scope, rules and acceptance criteria.

  2. 02

    Prepare

Organize the context and conventions the agent needs.

  3. 03

    Guide

Review the implementation plan and spot scope drift.

  4. 04

    Verify

Compare the result with the agreement and look for concrete evidence.

Participatory practice

Bring an idea. We’ll work on it together.

We choose one proposal from the group and work through the process live. A concrete need, the right questions and a well-defined first version.

  1. Understand the problem and choose a feasible scope.
  2. Build a mini-spec with clear rules.
  3. Define three acceptance criteria.
  4. Prepare the assignment for the agent and review its plan.

From our experience

How we’re evolving at Whizzarz.

Skeymaforge · Our guiding case study

Working with AI agents led us to rethink how we define, document and validate the software we build.

We share the decisions and lessons from that process, with examples from Skeymaforge: specifications, project instructions, implementation and review.

For developers, technical leaders and product teams. You only need basic experience using AI to develop software. No prior knowledge of SDD is required.

The next step

A method for your team. A conversation to get started.
